Ciaran, an experienced construction lead on high-profile projects, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in managing complex developments. Having previously worked for Westgreen Construction, a market leader in the luxury construction industry, Ciaran has gained extensive expertise in delivering high-end residential and commercial projects. His most notable achievements include; leading the £15 million refurbishment of Fitzroy Square, a Grade I listed building and trophy home in the heart of central London, and a £30 million luxury single dwelling new development in a prestigious location within St Johns Wood.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Ciaran is known for his meticulous planning, problem-solving capabilities, and leadership in delivering high-end finishes, ensuring that every project undertaken by CWC is executed with precision and to the highest standards.

Ciaran Has had the privilege of working with renowned architects, most notably Timothy-Hatton Architects, James Gorst Architects, Mark Pinney Architects, Studio Indigo, Caruso St John and Smallwood Architects.
