A Career in Luxury Construction & Heritage Restoration.

Ciarán brings over 15 years of hands-on experience leading some of London's most complex and prestigious construction projects. Having built his career at Westgreen Construction - one of the capital's foremost luxury contractors - he developed a specialism in Grade I listed buildings, heritage restoration and high-end residential delivery that few in the industry can match.

His most significant projects include the £15 million refurbishment of Fitzroy Square, a Grade I listed trophy home in the heart of central London, and a £30 million luxury single dwelling in St John's Wood - both delivered to the exacting standards expected at the very highest level of the market.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Ciarán is known for his meticulous approach to planning, his calm authority on site, and his ability to maintain the confidence of clients, architects and consultants throughout the life of a project. He has had the privilege of working alongside some of London's most respected architectural practices, including Timothy Hatton Architects, James Gorst Architects, Caruso St John, Studio Indigo, Mark Pinney Associates and Smallwood Architects.
