A Career in Luxury Real Estate and Development Advisory. 

Will brings over 13 years of experience at the heart of prime central London's property market, specialising in residential sales, lettings and development advisory across RBKC and its neighbouring postcodes. Born and raised in West London, he built a reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for private clients, developers and investors, and over time developed a precise understanding of where the market was failing them.

That understanding led to the founding of CWC Group. Identifiying that the most costly and avoidable failures in property consistently came down to the disconnect between real estate knowledge and construction expertise. His clients had access to one or the other, rarely both. CWC Group was built to close that gap.

Bringing a perspective shaped entirely outside the construction industry, Will approaches every project through the lens of a property professional, focused not just on delivery, but on what the finished asset means for the client and their investment. It is a philosophy that extends to how CWC works with every client: considered, precise and genuinely invested in the outcome.

Outside of work, Will is an avid cyclist, a self-described tormented golfer and a lifelong Arsenal supporter. He spent six months living in Rio de Janeiro after his school years and developed a passion for Asian cooking inspired by his travels across the continent. At home, he shares his life with his girlfriend and Dicky, their much-loved cockapoo.
